At Nina Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Nina Shoes shipping box.
Package Your Shoes
Ensure shoes are unworn and placed back in their original branded shoe box before sealing the outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
